Prepare for your treatment

Face Massage

Before 

1.

Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before your massage to keep your body hydrated.

2.

Shower: Take a shower beforehand to feel fresh and clean.

3. 

Relax: Try to arrive a few minutes early to unwind and get into a relaxed mindset.

4.

Wear comfortable clothing: Choose loose comfortable clothing to wear to your appointment. Make sure you are wearing comfortable and loose underwear as you will be asked to keep it on. We provide clothing only for Thai Traditional Massage treatment. 

5.

Avoid heavy meals: Try not to eat a heavy meal right before your massage to prevent discomfort. 

6.

Turn off your phone: Disconnect from distractions to fully enjoy the experience.

After

Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins released during the massage, make sure you are resting and avoiding strenuous activities as your body needs time to recover. Schedule regular massages into your wellness routine can help maintain relaxation and reduce stress.
